Inconsiderate of customer
About three weeks ago I had a oil service and inspection done, I also mentioned that I had to press the brakes real hard when starting the truck they said everything is fine and they found no problems.ileft feeling ok but shortly it started being hard to start, yesterday it got real bad so I returned to the service dept and explained the problem, the service rep said ok I’ll have it checked out, thirty minutes later he says to me the battery is bad and the cost to check is $122.00 plus tax. I Would think that’s simple courtesy check would have been the normal. I think that was very inconsiderate to do a simple battery Check
and then charge me
122.00dollars. I hate to say this but I’ll find it hard to give yall a good recommendation.
