Service Department LACKS customer service excellence
When scheduling my service appointment for a recall on my new vehicle plus a software update, the service advisor assured me that the part was in and my appointment would take 2-2.5 hrs to fix. I made the appointment, drove over an hour only to be told they don’t have the parts in any longer because other vehicles needed it and they would have to order more for my car. AND I will need to reschedule to make another 2-2.5hr appointment. Complete waste of time and care for the customer. Not to mention having to take time off work for the wasted appointment, gas and time. If this is how service will be going forward, I will NOT recommend getting a vehicle from Bay Hyundai in Panama City, FL.
