Alfa Romeo

Owner and Staff are friendly and explained things to me. My battery died they replaced it. It was more than just putting it in the car. They explained why the battery i put in less than 2 yrs ago died. Thanks Chris and Mike. Appreciate you and your staff

Avoid this place like the plague

Extremely rude and obnoxious people here. Jordan is very disrespectful for someone his age. You would think after all these years in business he'd learn to speak to people. Time to retire.. but i guess he still has to pay for these veneers..

Best Service & Repair for my Porsche Cayenne S….

Thank You Bay Diagnostics great job for servicing my Porsche Cayenne S, changing of brakes, new tires, general service including oil change & full general maintenance. Although I did not know I needed all this but as time went by I knew it was inevitable to keep my truck running smooth n fast.
I’ll certainly will be back. I thank KEITH for being the professional & “key” go to guy for my coming back to Bay Diagnostics, thanks to Jordan and Nicky
as well. Keith does make that place a happy environment when you dread any repair issue. The front desk always must be a happy & honest place first n foremost.
I hope you will continue the 5 star service for me going forward as this is my 4 or 5th time there for general maintenance n service repairs.
I also want to thank you for the earlier auto detailing & wax job I did not write a review for. ?? Great Job..!
I will be back for one unfinished issue.

My Opinion: Not entirely trustworthy

It seems they will take advantage in any way they can. Multiple jobs. It appeared I was charged for parts and labor which became suspicious (engine parts, suspension parts, electrical system misdiagnosis resulting in a ton of hours and parts and still not fixed). It's only money, but it is my opinion that this shop may not be entirely straight. Stayed with them for a while before it became obvious I was being taken advantage of.. I think the service writer works on commission. Going to the dealer may cost a few bucks more, but in the end, it the right thing to do.

The worst service ever received

The owner Jordan is incredibly rude and combative. He got into a pointless argument with me that even left his own service manager, Keith, looking at him with his mouth open in awe. Jordan screamed at Keith in front of all the clients and told him “don’t you dare give me that look.” Jordan even managed to insult my father who died a couple of months ago.

Needless to say this place is a joke. I was told to come in for a job that would take 1-2 hours. When they get it on the lift they tell me its going to be 4-5 hours. Jordan claims to be the best but don’t you think you should know if the job is going to take 2 hours or 5 hours?

Just take your car to Mercedes or BMW. You’ll ultimately be saving money by not wasting your time.

Place is hot trash

This place is hot trash. Got into a meaningless argument with the owner, Andrew, that he provoked. At one point he demanded I tell him my age so he could say he’s been in business “longer than I was alive or even a thought in my parents head”. Little does he know that my dad died a few months ago. Took everything I had to leave peacefully. While the car was being taken off the lift you could hear him muttering things under his breathe like the weasel he looks like. Even his own manger gave him a look and was in shock and awe with what he was saying to me.

Want an honest review? They overcharge. When you ask questions they belittle you and get defensive. I was charge 170.00 for a wheel alignment. Got the same alignment elsewhere for 65.00. This place was only acceptable because I trusted their customer service. Now with poor customer service and poor pricing, it would be foolish to go there. If you do go there after reading this for some reason, ask for Keith. He’s slightly abrupt but ultimately an alright guy!

I have been a customer for many many years. The service is terrific and I’m always confident that the car is getting the best service. Thank you Jordan for your care, concern and expertise. If you want your car serviced and repaired correctly, look no further. I have a 2005 Honda CRV that continues to run well because of the great service that the car gets. Knowledgeable & Honest

Needed to take care of the regular service as well as a possible costly exhaust system issue. Although in the company of Audis and BMWs, my 10-year old VW Jetta had it's needs addressed in a timely manner and I was notified by phone exactly what the diagnosis was and what were the next steps required. The exhaust problem was diagnosed as a corroded clamp, an awkward fix that many garages would sooner deal with by swapping out the whole system and billing the client accordingly. For a fraction of the cost of a new exhaust system the problem was sorted out. I would not recommend this business to a friend since I appreciated the timely service and know to keep a good thing a secret. Thanks, Keith. Well worth the trouble driving in from Manhattan.
