I just moved to Newport News a week ago and had to get new license plates and a car inspection. I realized I had no way to put my plates on my car as everything is in boxes and to make matters worse, the top of the screw in my old license plate snapped off and all that was left was the shaft. I'm not going to lie, I have NO idea how to fix something like that and I was told to try a body shop. I went to Bay Custom Auto and they were amazing. My front lights had come unlodged and required the bumper to be removed to put them back in, and they somehow figured out how to get the headless screw out of my car and put on both my plates. The estimate was $80 but they did it all for free! They were super fast and so nice. They have my full recommendation! Nicest people ever.
