I don't usually provide feedback but i think our experience was exceptional enough to call out. Our tire was punctured by road debris. We took our car to a competitor and they removed a screw for $10. Woke up next morning and the same tire was flat again. Took it to Bay Auto and Tire. They ended up pulling out 2 additional screws. They did not charge me to do this. I tipped the person who removed the screws what I felt we should have paid. Would absolutely recommend Bay Auto & Tire to anyone needing tires in SLO. Truly appreciative as we were driving up the coast to Seattle and can't put a price on trusting tires to hold through Big Sur, Sonoma coast etc.
