My most recent service was on a 2017 X5, which needed an oil change and rear brake pads and rotors. Everything was finished in one day, and the text notifying that it was ready for pickup included a link to a digital version of the invoice, fully detailed with work performed, parts and supplies used, and labor costs. The service was excellent overall, and the digital invoice will be useful for record keeping. 5 stars!
