Outstanding service/Birthday
We were in Branson area on vacation and experienced a problem battery. We were provided a booster jump and was able to get to B.A.T.S. Boys on Gretna Road. There would be an hour wait for service. As we were walking to our truck, a young gentleman named Zack said, "I came back early from lunch, I can take a look at your truck". He took it in and it needs a replacement battery and that it would be awhile to replace. They allowed us to borrow a vehicle while ours was being repaired. They asked where we were from and why we were visiting Branson? We told them we are celebrating our birthdays. We went to lunch and sightseeing. They called us that our vehicle was ready. Well, we pulled into the parking lot and seen a Happy Birthday balloon on the passenger side seat. We both said "Awe". Went inside to pay for repairs, was asked if I was a Veteran? Yes, they gave us a generous discount. We walked to our truck and opened the door, and to our surprise...there was a chocolate cake with "Happy Birthday" and our names on it. That gesture made a difficult situation so enjoyable. We are Christians and was not going to allow the devil to steal our joy. This business is Christian owned and very pleasant. If you are a citizen of in the Branson area and are in need of automotive service. Remember B.A.T.S. Boys on Gretna Road. Professional teamwork. Thank you and God bless.
