Yesterday after picking up my car from upholstery work discovered my battery was dead. Upon taking it to Barrow Auto Repair near closing time discovered it was the alternator. While they didn’t have one, Brook called 3 places before locating one to be delivered. Even though it was delivered just minutes before closing one of the mechanics offered to stay and install for me even though it was going to take about an hour. Then Brook went and picked up her child from daycare since she would not make their closing time and brought back to the shop so my work could be completed. This level of caring for the customer does not happen everyday. Thanks so much!
