Paul and the staff are all amazing and make the experience wonderful. She will only purchase Volkswagens because she only wants to come to this business for service. Adrian said he has faith in the business. They resolve any problems, and they try to minimize any inconveniences. The representatives are always friendly, upbeat, and they pull everyone in like family. There is always room for improvement. He is interested in purchasing a vehicle in about 3 years. He is considering purchasing a small little bug for his second vehicle. Whenever he drops in for service, they always work him in their schedule. The level of services at the business is excellent. Adrian wished all business were like the Barber Volkswagen. He is always a 100 percent comfortable with the business, and it is the only business he will bring his vehicle in for repair services.
