Suspension good, no oil check. Should I have asked?
Work done on my suspension and seems to be good. There is a rattle, so will check that out.
However, no one checked my fluids (maybe I have to specifically ask that? but also no one suggested it), and while I have good suspension, my oil was down to nothing. I naively expected that while a car was in the shop, a quick check of critical fluids was included. Apparently not.

Any and every time I’ve been to Baltimore body shop has been amazing work on their end. They only doesn’t get the job done but let you know what you need done while other car dealers or shops just looking for u to spends your money. Every person I’ve recommended said they love the prices and they let you know what you need done and not just telling you to get your money. Thanks a lot

Sarah said the people there are super nice and the service is pretty good. The only thing was that she asked to get her rear brakes tightened, but they were still squeaking after the service. They're always really great there and she appreciates what they do. She has recommended them.
