Excellent service, friendly people
AnnMarie, Bob, and Tara were extremely professional, efficient, and understanding during the aftermath of a car accident. They took care of everything, from all insurance paperwork to securing me a rental car. Very friendly and I was very comfortable with their service.

My vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. You would never know that damage had occurred. I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs.

Returned to me like new
I already checked all the 9s and 10s but I WILL ADD - it was quite cool that in addition to the repair, they pretty much detailed the car too. New wax job. Looked brand new.

Great Service, Easy Drop-off/ Pick-up
When in need - go to Balise. Seriously! I have been a Balise customer for over 10 years, the dealerships not the collision center, until July. I have had three vehicles from Balise, when my newest car got into an accident, they were the first person I went to. I called and they immediately took my car, [enterprise] dropped off a car for me and I was on my way. Balise called me periodically, they were friendly and nice, and honest about errors and mistakes that they already were fixing or planning to. They kept to their timeline and allowed me to pick up my car at my leisure. When picking up my car, I was able to leave my rental with them, they took care of the drop off (hallelujah), and I signed some papers and was on my way. Very easy and stress-free experience, during a time of high-stress and anxiety. Would recommend to even the closest of friends. 10/10 for Balise Collision Center!

Lovely staff
Staff were wonderful. But the lack of communication between the collision centre, Progressive and myself left me in a HUGE financial bind.
