Won't fix bad work
I brought my car in after hitting a deer. I have never been in an accident before and they told me they would have my car for maybe a week, maybe more. They had it for over a month.
The hood doesn't line up and there is something under the paint that is working its way out. I have been trying to get them to fix it forever. When I finally pressed them today, they accused me of being in another accident. I'm not sure how debris gets under their paint job in an accident, but that's what they claim. That's so nice of them to accuse me of committing fraud.

When you brought your vehicle back to us, we carefully inspected it and noticed multiple points of damage including some on the opposite side of where we worked on your vehicle. These issues were not present when we completed our original repairs, which suggests they resulted from some kind of incident after the work was completed.
