2022 Hyundai Tucson
Hyundai service department had been a joke dealing with. My car has been there for over a week, and nothing has been done to it. when I called after 7 business days to check on it was told it needs gas so it's just sitting there after they drove 40 miles to try to get it to show all the warning signals again. I took it in while it was doing it like they told me to, and they hooked it up then scheduled me to come back on Monday to be worked on because they said it would not be a quick or easy fix. Now they say it has to be doing it when they work on it and after they told me to come back and they can't get it to happen again. This has happened 4 different times in the past year and has yet to be fixed. I had to borrow a car for my car to just sit in the lot. Why?? With no efforts to have it fixed or even communicate with me about what's going on. I've been a customer since 2001 and this is the worst service ever. I won't be buying anymore from here. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them. Really has went down hill.
