In our efforts to give the best service possible, we composed a code of ethics:
"Baker Road Service is committed to honest, ethical auto repair. It is our obligation to teach, never 'sell'. We inform you of the condition of your vehicle and help you understand the condition and your choices. You need to make decisions about the best care for your vehicle and family. This is our value to you."
To paraphrase, we are here to inform you, not to just take your money.
