The staff I spoke to by phone were friendly upon initial scheduling and during making calls about process. But the response and contact back was lacking. After finally getting call back about vehicle, I was relieved to know our vehicle repair was complete. The process for payment, pick up and return of the rental vehicle was great. The repair work was outstanding.
