My 2025 Subaru Crosstrek went in for extensive hail damage on March 23rd. The roof panel had to be replaced, my windshield replaced, and multiple dents on the passenger door and decklid. Estimated completion time was April 15th. Communication throughout the process was awesome until some interior trim pieces were damaged related to exterior repair procedures. Showed up to pick up my vehicle and see what the damaged pieces looked like and found interior damage to trim pieces to be more than the two stated over the phone. Three of 4 door were panels scratched, switch bezel on drivers seat, b pillar trim, overhead console, sill plates, center console, and headliner all with damage. The workmanship of what was done for the intial repair was poor. Hood had pdr and swirls are in clear coat, one side of roof rack damaged after replacing, conventional repairs weren't properly done on door, scratch on hood that wasn't there before, and who knows what else that hasn't been found yet. While they are sympathetic and state they have failed miserably is an understatement. I'm being promised a perfect car once these issues are resolved. Regardless I now have a vehicle with less than 2100k on it that I bought 7 months ago that has had to be disassembled multiple times now to fix their failures. Even if they do make good on their word I no longer wish to keep it due to their neglect. I went here through word of mouth from Olathe Subaru and because they are a State Farm certified body shop and most off all because they had awesome reviews. Let this be your warning! My once perfect vehicle inside and out is no more.
