Great job done on my car
Very friendly and respectfull. To the best of my knowledge they did everything that I asked them to do. I believe the folks at Ayer's appreciated my business as much as I appreciated feeling safe in my car. Also they got me in on short notice so I'm over the moon. THANK YOU !Ayer!

Apart from the fact that you're too far from my house.... I had a sense that you cared about providing the best service/met the need for a reasonable amount.
Being able to consult with David Ayers about the work as it was being done gave me the sense that he was "with" me about the job.

After my initial appointment and my parts were finally ordered everything was excellent. Had appointment for a week n someone forgot to order my Exhaust system so a day was wasted for me . This was known when my car was dropped off and I wasn't informed until late morning. Time is valuable to me as I am taking care of a number of other people who depend on me. Once this was taken care of. Everything went smoothly. Apologized for it and everything is fine now. ?

Very dissatisfied and disappointed
Brought my car in on Friday morning. Received a call late morning telling me it needed more work than I had anticipated. Gave my approval to have the work done. Had not heard back and called at 4:15 only to find out that you were closed. I left a message and received a call back telling me I could pick up my car after 9 am on Saturday. Paid in full over the phone. At 9:45 Saturday morning when I arrived, no one was there and I did not see my car. I left a message and have not heard from anyone. It’s the weekend and I am without a car. Need I say more?

Carol, we apoligize for the misunderstanding of your vehicles location. When we spoke Friday I informed you your vehicle would be at our West Second Street location for repairs and not the Maple Ave location were you dropped it. Friday when you called and paid your bill Kathy reminded you your vehicle would be at the West Second Street location, not at Maple Ave. Again we apologize for the inconvience.

Unexpected appointment occurred January 18, 2024. My cruiser just died losing all power after hearing a grinding sound. I had previously been over to the toyota dealership with the same problem ( before the cruiser died) with 3 different appointment each of the appointment with hen finding other things but not what I came in for. When the cruiser finally lost power it was already at the shop on maple avenue in which the shop was already closed. I left it there over night leaving the key in the drop box hoping that I could get it in shop asap. The next day ( today) I was being asked about it being there and I explained the situation. Not only was it seen that day, but it was diagnosed in no more than an hours time and was fixed before closing time. In no more than an hours time Ayer’s auto was able to do what the toyota dealership wasn’t able to do with three separate appointments all in which were atleast a couple days each before I received any communication or the cruiser back without being any closer to solving the problem or knowing what next step was. I have never had a problem with Ayer’s and they have yet to disappointment me.

Last Minute Starter Replacement
Amazing. These people are so dedicated to their job and the quality of their service. I had my starter kick out on me the morning before a vacation, and they fixed it on short notice within 5 hours of having the vehicle. Life savers.
