Had to send my card to another shop
After sending my car to Avenue Automotive, chosen for me by Silver Rock warranty company, it was at their shop for a couple months before we had to move it to another shop to complete the repairs. The first attempt to deliver my car to me ended with a blown engine on the way to my house. Avenue Automotive blamed Silver Rock. Nevertheless, it had to be returned to the shop. The next time the car was delivered there were important parts of it missing like windshield wipers, nuts and bolts, grilles and the brake fluid overflow reservoir was hanging by a rubber hose on the hot engine because the bracket it mounted to was missing, and that's just what I could see when I popped the hood. I can't rightly say what else might have been missing. Obviously, it had to go back to the shop again. When the car was finally delivered to me, it broke down after a few hundred miles driven. The car went back to the shop again. After several days of trying to diagnose the problem at Avenue Automotive, I asked that the car be moved to another shop. The car was moved to Miracle Auto in Dallas and the problem was diagnosed in a matter of hours. There was very little reliable communication from Avenue Automotive, unless I called the warranty company and complained and although John apologized profusely and made lots of excuses, they were never able to repair my car properly. I won't make a judgment call about Avenue Automotive. I'm only relaying my true experience to help you decide if you want to take your car or truck to Avenue Automotive to be repaired

Car problems 6 hours from home
We had the alternator replaced in our GMC Yukon on sept 16th in Tulsa ok (where we live ) and were in a road trip and the light came on .. bad alternator.. called and they said yes they could get us in when their guys got back from lunch. They had us back on the road in 2 hours. Beyond thankful. And the price for labor was great. I bought alternator.. per my back home mechanic

Car Repai
Daughter took car to Avenue. Asked to find out what was wrong with car and estimate to make repairs. Told her timing chain and sprocket and $3200. Had car towed to real mechanic. But they made out like they put s part on car and changed oil wanted to charge her over$300. Bunch of crooks and liars

I've been taking my cars to Avenue for years and they've always provided great service and fair prices for work I've needed done on my vehicles. Will definitely always come back!!

Great service, good people
I had a fuel pump replaced. Initially I thought the price was a little high but not too bad. I knew they did quality work and had a good reputation. After the part was replaced I had a fuel gauge issue. The vehicle is old so I figured I would have to replace another part. I brought it in and they fixed it free of charge. I recommend these guys to everyone because I know they will get the job done right and they're good helpful people.

Rick the service writer is very helpful, Richard the owner is very knowledgeable about all types of auto problems and repairs, the techs that do the work in the shop know what they are doing and everyone of the staff are friendly.

truck wouldn't start
Richard found the problem with a leaking fuel filter right away and I had my repaired truck back that afternoon. Great service.
