Unacceptable service
My vehicle was towed to the shop due to not starting. A week went by and nobody reached out to me so I decided to stop in. I was told when I towed the car down that they were busy, that I understood and accepted I would not have received service right away. When I stopped in after the first week I was again told how busy they are and they only were able to hook up computer showing a faulty starter relay sensor. I again explained I understood. Another week goes by and again not a word from grave so I call. I’m again told how busy they are and I’m waiting for them to bring my vehicle inside to hook up to computer for further testing. Two more weeks go by. Not a word from the shop so I personally stop in. One guy ask another guy what’s the status of my car. He was unsure of my vehicle till the other man points to it parked out front of the main entrance. He then says oh yeah I’ve gone out when I’ve had the Chance to work on it but seems to be a short in some wiring and they would have to tear out my entire dash to try n locate the short. Now I’m beyond livid doing my best to stay calm. As my vehicle is sitting in the same spot it was towed to a month ago. I ask for my keys as I’m now towing it to another garage and they have the nerve to charge me almost 80.00. I have gone to this garage many time over the last 20 years worst experience I’ve ever had. I still don’t understand how they had my vehicle for a month and all contact was initiated by me they never once reached out to give me an update. No apology for the delay no explanation as to why my issue was addressed in the parking lot and not brought in as I was told two weeks ago was the delay.
