Dennis said he was very satisfied with his overall experience on this last visit. This business went far and beyond to take good care of him and the problem with his vehicle. He just so happened to be 5 blocks down the road from the business. He was in the middle of doing a job, when his vehicle broke down. This business got him back on the road in no time, and he was able to get back to work. John, the service manager and Mike a mechanic at this business, both really helped him out. He has been a customer of this business. Now he will be a lifetime customer of this business.

Christopher said he was not satisfied with the overall experience. He towed his vehicle to the business on Tuesday and did not get it back until Friday morning because they had to get another part. He will not recommend them due to this experience.

Gina said when they took the vehicle in this time, it was only for a tune up and to check the brakes. Her bill was $300 more than what was estimated. The only problem the vehicle had at all before taking it in was a slight hesitation when in idle. The vehicle is not running right at all after this visit. It misses when they try to accelerate. When she or her husband tries to drive on the freeway it almost dies. They told her they would need another $800 to fix the problem, which were not there before they worked on it. They told her and her husband that they needed to rebuild the carburetor, but could not tell them what was wrong with it. She has brought in her vehicle to this business many times before and this is the only time she has had any problems. She would not recommend this business due to the reasons mentioned.
