SCAM ALERT: Vehicle Protection Plan Fraud
I was misled into purchasing a $3,900 vehicle protection plan for a pre-owned car after sales associate Jason Rudd and CFS manager Seth Baker assured me that it was the only way that I could qualify for an auto loan. I later learned that they had lied and that extended warranties cannot be a condition of finance eligibility. When I reached out to cancel the plan within the 60-day cancellation window, Seth repeatedly dodged my calls and the sales staff gave me the run-around. He also obstructed my attempts to submit the proper paperwork to AutoNation. These guys are absolute sharks and will say anything to sell you expensive add-ons that you don‘t need. I recommend saving yourself the headache and taking your business elsewhere.

5 hours oil change
Had an appointment scheduled at 10:30am and dropped it off on time. I was told it would take 2-4 hours for the oil change and wheel alignment. They didn’t pull it in to work on it until 3:41pm and they were done an hour later. Shows a lack of time management and regard for their customers time

We purchased a 2017 Honda CRV. Alexandria Hastings did am amazing job from start to finish helping us find a suitable replacement. We highly recommend her and Auto Nation to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

A+ salesman
We were pre approved for a loan and scheduled a test drive with CHARLES (you’ll see I caps his name in this review, because I want you to remember him! We went for the drive and fell in love, we wanted to buy the car. Fast forward to the worst part as expected (finance). They are very persistent about financing through them as they don’t accept other loans from outside banks unless it’s in the form of a check (with a photo of said check and tracking number) ?‍? our bank was closed so we had to wait for the next day to finance the car. All the while CHARLES was a absolute dream. CHARLES made sure it was gassed up, cleaned (it rained both days we were there) and helped us transfer things over from our trade in. CHARLES was exceptional. He even came in on his day off. If you’re looking for a salesman I’d choose him again! Our daughter even cried when we had to leave “her new friend” and kids are always drawn to the best people. CHARLES, if you see this, we’re so thankful for your hard work! All in all it was a great car buying experience. Beep beep!

Jorge was expedient about handling my cars issues.
My vehicle has been burning oil and Jorge suggested I come in every thousand miles to check on it I was very grateful for his concern and attention to detail as we work through this issue.

Great service, difficult to schedule
The staff and service overall was exceptionally great. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment whenever available. I tried to schedule online because I work the same hours the call center works, and thankfully they took care of me on the special occasion, but they are booked up to 2 weeks out.

I went here not sure if I would be approved for a car….. but I was. Poncho was my sales associate and he did a great job of listening to what I wanted. He showed me several cars and I ended up with a great choice. Well done sir!!
