Most honest auto business I ever dealt with
I have used Autobahn for years. Even after moving three hours away, I still take my car there for an honest evaluation and excellent service. Without a doubt, this is is the best service operation I have ever dealt with for automotive repair.

Newman said their quote for him went from 1100 to 1800. He left his vehicle with the business for 2 days, they called him and told him that it was going to be $1750. He added he would still recommend them because it is good work, but it is a little overpriced. They told him it was going to be 2 days and then they told him they weren't going to be able to get to it until next week, so Newman went and got his vehicle back.

The work was completed without a hitch. The service department called with a question and offered a recommendation. The car was picked up at the end of the day. In addition, the person interacting with customers upon arrival, over the phone, and while paying the bill is very capable, friendly, and helpful.

Quality service done right
Charles takes the time to diagnose your vehicle and give you full explanation of what is going on and how to fix the problem before completing the work. His customer service go above and beyond normal auto repair shops in our area. His work is outstanding. He leaves your car cleaner than when you arrived and it is fixed correctly. No complaints from us.
