Honest, Fair, and Reliable
I was recommended to Auto Service Lab by a coworker who said they do great work and are fair with pricing—and he wasn’t wrong. I first came here about a year ago when my car didn’t pass smog. Carlos let me know that replacing the part might help it pass but wasn’t guaranteed. I appreciated the honesty instead of him just taking the job to make a quick buck. I decided to move forward with the repair anyway, and thankfully it passed.

I came back again today to get my brakes and spark plugs replaced. Carlos greeted me, gave me a fair quote, and had the work done that same day. I really like this place—trustworthy, efficient, and honest. I feel good bringing my family vehicle here. Shoutout to my coworker for pointing me in the right direction.
