Started out good at Auto Select, then went down hill real fast. A standard oil change would turn into something wrong with car when it ran perfectly fine before I would take it there. Then not tightening lug nuts after tire rotation which followed with tire falling off car on highway causing tons of damage and they want me to pay for it. Forget this place. I'll pay more somewhere else for better service and work.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I am extremely concerned about what happened and would like to dicuss it with you. I take your comments seriously, personally, and feel horrible that a good client like you feels this way.

I left a message on your voicemail. I also left a message on Tyler's voicemail only because I know many times he brings the Focus in.

I have been servicing you cars since 2009 and hope that you do know we work very hard to not only meet, but to exceed my client's expectations.
