Great experience at Auto Pros!
I called this shop to see if I could come in without an appointment for a non-commercial State Vehicle Inspection, and the friendly lady that answered the phone was professional and quick to help. She told me I didn't need an appointment, but that she would check with the crew in the shop to see if I could bring in my car. After a brief hold, she said, sure, go ahead and come by and they would perform the inspection for me.
I arrived at Auto Pros less than ten minutes later and was warmly greeted by the lady that I had spoken with. A few minutes later, the owner came in to the front office and they both quickly got me registered in their computer as a new customer. The owner, Ron, communicated to me that there were a couple of people in front of me, and it would be about twenty minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room and after some friendly and polite conversation with the lady up front, before I knew it, Ron returned with the vehicle inspection paperwork and informed me that the inspection was all done. They accepted my payment and I was all set to go.
I don't think I was even there for twenty minutes total. I found both of them to be friendly and professional. It was a great, painless experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. They were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease!

Quick and Easy
Came in for an oil change and inspection with no appointment. They not only fit me in despite being busy, but performed the oil change and inspection incredibly fast. Price was very reasonable as well.

Replacement of front and rear disc brake pads and turn down of the rotors.
I was provide a quote for replacement of front and rear disc brake pads and turn down of the rotors. Was informed that if the rotors were too worn, they would call me to provide a new quote for the cost.
Car did not need new rotors, so the completed job took from 10am when I dropped off the car until 100pm when they called to say it was done.
Very professional and highly recommend them.

Great electrical diagnostics
I will trust this place with anything mechanical or electrical. They do great work even, better than the dealership who could not diagnose things. The work and thought they put into your car is outstanding. I love that my car is finally driving normally again.

Super quick and easy
Went in for an inspection. Unlike most places that do them, this place has a great & open parking lot, and a nice lobby for you to wait in. My inspection took ten minutes or less. Will be recommending.
