Had my vehicle worked on here and needed to bring it back to check why there was all of a sudden a drain on the battery that wasn't there before. I spoke with Randy on the phone and told him the issue, that as long as I unhook the battery post when the car is off the battery doesn't die. Problem is not a bad battery or it would die whether it was connected or not. He agreed and told me he would check to see if he could isolate the problem. Pick up my car just now and he tells me that we never had that conversation and that I just need to buy a new battery. Also flat out lied to me saying that he charged the battery this morning and it started right up. If he thought it was the battery and he charged it, then why was the terminal still disconnected? They didn't touch my car, the keys were still in it!! When I asked him if he was really telling me that we didn't have that conversation he just told me to go somewhere else. Ridiculous.
