Marcello and his crew were professional during every aspect of my experience of getting my Mercedes C250 2012 serviced. Marcello was friendly, informative and told me approximately how long the service would take. True to his word, the mechanics completed the work on time, then Marcello took the time to go over the bill and tell me what they had done. I was then charged exactly what he estimated. The entire experience was a pleasure.
