Josh said it took forever to diagnose, they flat out skipped working on it when they didn't feel like pushing it in and it was out of gas, but not when he brought it. After he got it, the volt meter and radio were not operating, he was charged for an inspection and they didn't tell him what was wrong with his brakes. He never got the inspection results and he thought that was a part of the inspection, it was a bunch of stuff, the service advisor couldn't relay the message from the place to a customer. He said that's not what they were supposed to do. They had no answer for anything he asked them

I’ve been a customer since 2009. If you’re looking for old school auto shop where you walk in the office it smells like a mechanic (shops are very organized & as clean you can get), no gimmicks & they doesn’t try to up sell you, then Steve & his team are where you want to take your vehicles. If you’re looking for fancy then this isn’t the place for you. And if you’re female, you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage bc of your lack of knowledge.
