2015 Chevy Equinox for engine crankshaft seal replacement.
Mark explained the probable cause of the seal failure were clogged oil returns & PCV which was a known Tech Bulletin. He confirmed the same and also did the recommended updates. He also found the exhaust manifold was cracked and provided a cost to replace it. Auto Lab was honest, fair and got the job done trying to minimize cost without jeopardizing quality workmanship.

Brake issue
Nothing wrong with the brakes but brake hoses needed to be replaced. They also found rear shocks were leaking and were replaced. Everything was explained what was needed and then replaced. Never had an issue with the service!

Auto Lab did a great job.
I'm so happy AAA were able to tow my car to Auto Lab and fix my coolant hose that broke open yesterday. Auto Lab was able to put a new hose for the coolant and clean up the coolant that went all over the engine and everything. I was so happy they were able to have it ready this morning.

Efficient and quality service
I took my truck into Auto Lab late Thursday. Friday morning I had a phone call with the cause of the problem, and the solution. The part was in stock and they installed right away. I was able to pick up it up on the same day! Overall great experience

Excellence
The customer service was excellent. Service was on time and the people working there are friendly. I do wish they would ask if customer was a AAA member for the discounts. *without discount, it's reasonably priced*. Will definitely go back for other service needs.

They told me this didn’t have to be done at this time which was a surprise but we were going to keep car instead of buying another one so we had work done repair was done on time and we are completely satisfied very happy to recommend auto lab

Love this place!
This was my first time at Auto Lab and it was a great experience. I had the pleasure of talking with Jeff, and he took care of me and my car. He was patient and explained everything, he was super helpful. Best customer service I've had at an auto shop in a long time! Highly recommend!!

Tire Balance and Alignment Check
Just wanted to have my tires checked and balanced. Also wanted my alignment checked. I had called ahead to schedule my appointment. They had me in and out in a timely matter. Great and Friendly service! Will definitely be back and definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a good experience
They were able to give me a convenient appointment. The service was done well and without delays. Price was acceptable and they gave me a discount through a mailing coupon.
