Shady Finance Dept.
Bought a car from this dealership with their “finance pricing” and got a terrible rate and warranty I didn’t want. I refinanced right away with my bank (much better rate) and canceled my warranty. I had to go through the dealer to cancel my warranty. I received $1,046 when my prorated amount owed should have been over $2,000. They pocketed the rest and ignore my requests to see the documentation. Very shady finance department. I would avoid at all costs.

Very Poor experience
I visited the dealership because of an attractive offer for a car online ($17k). I went back a second time because I was told that my out-the-door price was $20k with all fees and taxes finalized. They also agreed to match my loan interest rate of 2.8%. I waited there for hours to finally sit with the "finance guy" who pulled up my offer which is over $23k and several added fees that were not told to me before. They also used their own financing to offer me an interest rate of 4.5% (way above my own financing option) and charged me $900 for a loan acquisition fee. They wanted to charge me for getting me a worse loan option. I walked out even after they tried to bring down some of the fees and reduce the interest rate. Lee was my dealer and completely lied to my face and wasted my time. Do not go here for a car.

ROCEED WITH CAUTION and BEWARE!!!! Thank goodness for google reviews. I live about 6 hours away from this dealership both Josh and Brittany sent emails. I saw all of the great cars listed online with all of the FAKE awesome prices and thought I am going to get one. BUT then I read a review from a Google guide that said the DEALERSHIP is a SCAM and the cars are BAIT and SWITCH. So I called the number on the review for clarity. Out of 4 cars that I inquired about 3 that the previous sales people told me were there a few minutes prior the mysterious Lisa said were sold and the 4th car was at Mercedes being serviced. What lies!! I asked about the SPECIALS and got instantly placed on hold by the someone claiming to be Lisa. She never got back on the phone and left me on hold 24 mins 13 seconds. I hung up and called back to no answer. I called back again and a got put on hold then transferred to the front desk then forwarded to a BDCB voicemail. I would say that this Dealership is a complete Scam take my advice and stay away.

BUYER BEWARE. This place lures you in with a low price on the car then adds fees, upon fees, upon fees into the price on the contract and will NOT provide a discloser statement to explain the numerous fees (I have great credit so do let them tell you the review was bad because the customer had bad credit). They overcharge for registration fees and do not refund the correct amount back, because they had more hidden fees. When questioned, the only answer I get back from the sales rep Steve is "did you get a refund? Then you should be happy with whatever you got"
The only reason it got one star is because that is the lowest that I can give. STAY AWAY
