Hourly labor rate appears unrealistically high. Charged $108.00 labor to install downstream oxygen sensor that I provided, a task which only requires 10 minutes to perform.
Stated other issues with vehicle that were not at issue, an attempt to have vehicle owner have additional work done that isn't necessarily needed.
