Paid 500+ For A Turbine Speed Sensor (Inside Transmission). They Had My Car For 4 Days. Called Two Weeks Later To Let Him Know My Car Had The Same Problem & The Phone Was Disconnected w/ A New Number! 1 Month Later I Go To A Transmission Shop & The Guy Told Me He Had To Put A Seal On My Speed Sensor.
James said that he had an unusual problem, and the staff kept at it until it was completed. They also road tested the vehicle to make sure everything was correct. Eric was very thorough in calling and keeping him up to date.
Nick said that he visited the business for a pretty simple service and they were able to complete it well. He stated he would definitely recommend the business for service.
Krissy said she has wasted $1000 with the business as they did not fix the problem and are now just trying to throw parts at it to fix it. Their sign says that they do not guess, they test, but they still misdiagnosed the problem.
I have been going to Auto Diagnostics for probably 15 years. Even though it is quite a distance and I usually have to take off from work as they do not have Saturday hours, I do it because their work was quality and the customer service was very good. Recently, perhaps last year, the place was sold. I have gone there probably twice since that time, including this last visit. I took off work and come in because of a problem with my accelerator. After checking my car over, the diagnosis was that I needed a new accelerator pedal. I also pointed out a fog light that was broken and they said they could fix both problems, but they didn't have parts. They told me the parts would be in the following Wednesday. To make sure they had the parts, I made an appointment for the Friday after that and took another day off of work. I arrived on time and they said they didn't even have the parts ordered yet. I assumed they could get them in short order, but it took hours for the parts to arrive. I was sitting in the freezing cold waiting room for 6 hours. Everyone was very nice and the desk man called the parts place several times and finally went himself to pick up the parts. While I really appreciated him doing this, I would think that the parts would have been ordered and in house when they told me they would be. This never happened before when Mark was the guy up front who ordered everything. I did appreciate the new guy explaining what was wrong with the car, in detail. He was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The work was good, once they got the parts and I am happy with that. I am not sure I will be going back because of the customer service.
Frank said the staff was prompt, courteous, did the job on time, took him in right away and he was satisfied. They're very good, treated him with respect, took care of him and explained everything.

Maria said she appreciates the mechanic explaining things to her when she went in not knowing what was going on with her vehicle. She could only tell them what she thought it might be. She was given the cost of the repairs and the option of getting it done, or not.
