Excellent service and communication, cozy waiting room
Excellent service and communication at Auto Craft in Randolph, MA. Janis and the staff at the front desk are kind, welcoming, and efficient. They provided a prompt appointment for a concern with my brakes, along with an estimate and a clear plan to fix the brakes. The waiting area is large, nicely decorated, and has very comfortable chairs, which makes the experience much more pleasant. There is also plenty of parking available in the lot. Highly recommend!
