Well here we go again
I took my son’s vehicle to have a diagnostic done on it. Might I add he is still 15 yrs old and has only drove the car a few times with me. They charged me $180 for the test. Which is fine. Service charge and their time. They still have no idea why the check engine light is on. Just keep going back to a gas cap which I’ve already checked multiple times. What I’m not please about is when I picked the car up there was a nice dent in the side. They claim because I was pissed and I was don’t get me wrong. I said some things. I was pissed because not only is there a dint in the car I was talked over like I didn’t exist. They were more worried about how the dent got there then fixing it. I made a phone call in the middle of this because I was dropped off to pick the car up and I didn’t want that person to leave Bonne Terre before this was resolved. Once I got back in the manger had left to take care of other things. He didn’t resolve any issues with me. Then because they don’t like my honest review they took it down and refused to fixed the dent. So now my son gets a dented car the he hasn’t really even drove yet. So pissed yes I am. Wouldn’t you be??! I hope others have had a better experience then I.
