QUALITY work, moderately priced, Excellent Communication
I had front end noise on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they were booked out 1 week, got me in the day specified. Note: I had no work done on joints for 10 years, things were in rough shape! They diagnosed the issues in a timely manner, gave me options, and made recommendations. We decided on a plan and they got the work done rather quickly. A sensor was damaged during the work, partly due to the condition of the vehicle but possibly related to method as well. After some discussion they offered to cover it free of charge, which I appreciated so I offered to meet in the middle which we did. That made it clear to me they are genuine and aren't out to just make all the money they can... success through quality care goes a long way! After work was completed and I drove the vehicle approximately 40 miles, another issue became prevalent and so I dropped it back off after hours the next day and left a detailed text regarding. They made a suggestion as to where to start and I agreed. They had me come in that or a day later and listen with them to confirm the source of a subtle noise, they were very kind and hospitable to me and my 7 year old son, we identified the issue and they had it repaired the same day. I'm sure parts aren't always on location so I wouldn't always expect this but they prioritized getting my vehicle back on the road which they didn't need to do.
All in all, they worked closely with me along the way and kept me updated while maintaining above typical standards of transparency, prices seem to me to be slightly upper but they also provide a high level of quality and service.
They have a family feel with highly professional interactions and results, I won't hesitate to go back.
