fraud charges/A part regarding a diagnosis
Alexus supposedly his name told my wife that taxes brought the total from 120.00 to 137.00 regarding a diagnosis for AC but it’s reflecting a 12.00 part charge and 5.00 Hazmat fee. A diagnosis/labor cannot be taxed therefore why say that to the consumer and give a receipt showing falsity. Told me per diagnostics my Compressor was bad and lines blocked ONLY WHICH CALL WAS RECORDED; THEN SAY IT WOULD COST 3100.00 to fixed. Knowing this was excessive per the explanation given. In my opinion this was a set up to get a diagnosis fee and then lied about that. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable…. 3100.00 for a compressor which was still under warranty from being 1 yr old yet said if the compressor was replaced with the warranty they would not honor any work they do regarding the 3100.00 if we didn’t let them put on there compressor. Any consumer who has purchased a part that has went bad and still under warranty from company it was purchased from is going to want to get it replace with the company it’s warrant with. THIS WAS THE WORST THING IVE EVER SEEN!!!
Escalation is being done immediately. 3100.00 for a 2003 Lincoln Towncar Executive..
