Kudos to the people at Auburn Collision Center. Even with a few hitches and some minor delays, the process had a happy ending, and we got our car back looking like brand new. The quality and workmanship that the people did on our car was top notch. I really appreciate the detail work they did on it prior to us picking up our car,
I speak from experience having gone through them as we now have two of our vehicles that were repaired there from accidents.

Pros and Cons
The actual repair was excellent and they went above and beyond by washing and cleaning our car. However, the repair time took an extra week, and communication could have been better. They blamed the insurance company for the delay, but our interactions with our insurance were very timely, so it didn't feel legitimate.

Car not fixed
Car was deemed and repaired and I picked it up. Immediately retuned it. Grinding noise from right front tire. Car pulls to the right. Engine is noisy.
All these issues were not present before
I had a new rear bumper replaced at Auburn Collison Center. Everything looked terrific except for the small blotches of paint or dings towards the front of the rear bumper. Not sure if that was from the paint job. I wasn't too noticeable, but I was not happy with that. Overall, the service was professional and will use them again if needed.
Repair was completed as promised and looks good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A large tree fell on my car
Auburn Collision Center did an excellent repair to my outback after a snowstorm caused a tree to fall on the car. Limbs damaged almost every body panel and the windshield. The car was close to being totaled. The car looks new after the repair.
