Radiator Replacement
Had an issue with a leaky radiator that could fail at any time. They were able to diagnose & complete the work on short notice on a Friday afternoon. Appreciate their experience and attention to detail. John & his team are friendly, honest, and professional in providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Very informative
Went in for an oil change, but had some other issues as well. They diagnosed the issues and gave an estimate. The team is very knowledgeable. Looking back at my history it makes sense that the maintenance issues came up when they did. I went to them a few years back when no one else could figure out what my vehicle issue was. Great team to work with.

Friendly and helpful
The staff was friendly, timeline was accurate, and even though the repairs were more than the vehicle was worth they put me in touch with a local scrap yard to deal with the vehicle and allowed pick up rather than me having to move a barely drivable car.

Excessive charge for cruise control repair
This review is slightly delayed, having received the service on 12/9/24 and 1/28/25, but I feel it is necessary to provide feedback in this instance. Our 2007 Prius needed the cruise control repaired. ATS replaced the switch and the clock spring on 12/9 at a cost of $852.58. The cruise worked driving home from ATS, but failed to work the next day, and intermittently after that. Brought it back in on 1/28 and the switch was replaced again at a cost of $490.72. I was told that ATS had put the original switch back in at the 12/9 appointment, which I don't believe to be true. The switch that was installed on 12/9 and was in use until 1/28 had a both a different look and feel to the OEM switch. The switch that was installed on 1/28 appears to be OEM as it looks and feels exactly like the original switch. My hunch is that the first time the switch was replaced, an aftermarket brand was used and failed to perform correctly. Installing the OEM switch on 1/28 solved the problem but should not have cost anything. The switch installed 12/9 was faulty and it should have been replaced free of charge. A total bill of $1343.30 to repair a cruise control seems excessive to me. I have received good service from ATS in the past, but in this instance I rate their service Below Average.
