Great service
I called for a State Inspection on a Monday afternoon. They had an opening on Wednesday. I dropped my car off Monday evening. I received a call late Tuesday afternoon that they were able to do the inspection early and the car was finished. That was a very nice surprise!

Honest mechanics!
I've been coming here for several years and am always satisfied. The first time I dropped our Honda off for a tune up, I couldn't remember the last time it had been done. They called me about an hour later to tell me that it was done. I went in and the gave me the keys and said, no charge... They pulled the car in and pulled the plugs and distributer cap and it all looked like new, they checked it over and didn't have to do anything. They wouldn't even charge me for checking it, even though I kept trying to pay them!
Flash forward several years.. I thought that the exhaust hanger was damaged on my Lexus and dropped it off. They called me a bit later to let me know that there were stones in my exhaust sheild. Again I went in expecting a charge, and again, no charge. I was an honest contractor and always had more business than I could take. It's so refreshing to find an auto service center that operates with the same philosophy! Thanks!

Quick Timely Service
I really appreciated the quick scheduling of my service and repair. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service kept me apprised of what was needed and the progress of my repair. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They even stayed open when traffic on the bridge kept me from reaching the shop on time.

TRUST. That's the key ingredient to every single relationship. You can trust these people to do the right thing and to go about things in your best interest. This is something that you simply cannot come by with a franchise. If you want things done right then this is where you go.

Always great service
I don't like having to visit them. Who wants a car repair? The answer is no body, but they always seem to get stuff done quick and reliably. I wish more of my service experiences were as good as they have been here.
