My mini
Really enjoyed my experience with this shop! The oil change and summer car care package is a great deal. I feel confident that my Mini Cooper is in top shape now with no worries. Thanks guys! And especially thank you for changing the cabin air filter (Lol!) no more stinky smell coming out when I run the air conditioner!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! See you next time! You have a fantastic shop, appreciate your kindness and explanations about my car. Y’all rock my free world.

. Aspen Auto on Union
Aspen workers are always very friendly and courteous. They always check with me about the kind of oil I want. They also answer any questions I may have. I only had to wait a little over an hour. They have a clean & comfortable place to wait. They are located close to me so it’s convenient. I have recommended Aspen to some of my friends.

Service was okay, but ride back afterward was chaos
I just needed an oil change and tire rotation but I didn’t want to wait. The ride home with Lyft was okay. But when I needed a ride to pick the car up, things fell apart. I waited over 20 minutes outside my house, which was bad enough but made worse by the 6 degree temperature. Then when I phoned the driver to ask where he was, he said he had been given a wrong address and refused, rather rudely, to come. So I phoned Aspen to tell them, and they mumbled that it wasn’t their fault — which, who cares, it was their responsibility — and rather grudgingly and without apology said he would order a second ride. Still being outside in 6 degrees, I then phoned the new driver to make sure he had the right address, but he seemingly spoke not a word of English, not even “address.” But then immediately I got a text saying there was a third driver now assigned. I also tried to phone him, but the number provided by Lyft kept going straight to voicemail. Then in several minutes I saw a car loitering at the intersection south of my house, waived, and found it was my Lyft ride. But then the driver of that car, which was actually a truck, said, “your house is sure hard to find.” Which it definitely is not, at least if one has the true address. Which he did not, instead having a different address that doesn’t even exist (ffs)!

Getting rides back and forth is very important to me when I choose auto repair shops. I only happen to live about 1 mile from Aspen, but after this fiasco will have to think long and hard about using them again. Because their reliance on Lyft means no one is really responsible for the customer’s safe transportation. And at 71, I really don’t want to take another chance on that, especially when it is way too cold out to be healthy for me.

Eileen, we are so sorry that this happened. Lyft rides are completely out of our control. We hate that you stood outside to wait, please know that in the future, you will be notified when your ride has arrived so you can wait comfortably inside. Ive made a note in your accoutn to no longer use Lyft but to call Uber instead. We can no longer offer rides our selves due to the fact that customers wrecked our loaners and ruined the program for everyone. We were sad to let that part of our offerings go. We apologize again for the inconvenince that Lyft created for you.

Still have the same issue waste of money
Paid them 2 grand to fix a problem that still exists!!! Charged me for 2 powers steering pumps and labor because they couldn’t get it right. Never again

Great Service!
Aspen Auto Clinic provides great service. The staff is great to work with, facilities are clean, and it's easy to make an appointment with them. I love that I can schedule appointments online! I would recommend them to anyone.
