Despite my son's horrible review, my husband and I think the service is great the staff is friendly and respectful and we have been using this company for almost 10 years and have trusted these people with a couple vehicles. people need to be patient because you can't get everything done overnight and with the way things are in the economy I know and I think other people are holding on to their vehicles and getting them fixed instead of buying new, which means longer wait times for the job to get done. We appreciate being informed of time frames for repairs, what is needed to repair the car and the cost, we also appreciate the above and beyond service by bringing us home after we drop off our car and then picking us up to get it when it's fixed not sure too many services offer this all in all we are very happy with ASC II and staff. We are also happy that are 15-year-old $245,000 Mi vehicle could be repaired
