yes i agree with the customer, it is difficult anytime we are short staffed .thank you for the survey and your understaning this helps us to improve on areas we need to. we will work on staffing while people are out .we do and allways strive for a quality repair sometimes we have delays for thing we cant control.thank you again for helping us get better this is how we get there....
