Oil change wait time
Service is professional. Just not very timely. It isn't Jiffy Lube where you can get in, then out. Getting rides to drop off my vehicle is difficult, so I try to wait on premises. They "schedule" you for a particular time, but they can only fit you in when they can. 2 and a half hours seems long to wait for an oil change. While they do offer complimentary rides, I was told they only offer it 1-way, hence deciding to wait. After sitting for half an hour while my car sat outside, they offered me a ride home. Thankfully, this time it was for both ways, so i could still get work done at home. I like going to the same place, but for an oil change, mmmm, I might change my mind and look elsewhere next time. 🤔 Again, service was professional, and the people thoughtful and kind.

However, we certainly understand that waiting around for an oil change can feel like watching paint dry – not the most thrilling way to spend an afternoon.
