Best and friendliest auto repair
This auto repair shop called Artesian is outstanding, artisanal too. They help you out instantly if needed and when time is possible they will search for the best solution and discuss this with you honestly. Friendly but professional is how they operate and I recommend them to friends and strangers. They also have the best toys in their waiting room!

Used car purchase assessment
Aaron was very attentive to my concern about the details of a former rental car and certain dings and dents on the front side. The mechanic familiar with this type of car gave some good recommendations on future maintenance. I will certainly consider bringing the car to them in the future as regular service from the dealer can be crazy pricey.

AC repair
Although there were actually 2 delays in return of my vehicle, Artesian was absolutely professional: admitted to an oversight, but went way over to be certain that the repair was complete.

When there was a secondary problem (an unrelated warning light came on), they re-evaluated my car immediately and rectified the problem (loose wire).

Would absolutely recommend Artesian Auto Repair!!!!

Quick turnaround for major work
Aaron was very prompt and responsive with quotes and updates. The techs were knowledgeable with an entire dash removal and major AC component replacement in just a couple days. They were honest with recommendations for replacements, told me everything I needed. All for a fair price. Will definitely be coming back to these guys

Great experience for my alignment!

Great Experience
Receptionist Jamie was fantastic!!! She got me scheduled for my Hinda Pilot wheel alignment within 3 hours of my initial call on the same day! When I got there, she was a maestro checking me in as well as several other customers, coordinating the jobs, taking phone calls, moving the cars putting them in sequence for repairs and dealing w/ their vendors. She was very impressive. Then I had Brandon do my wheel alignment and completed within 45 mins., was provided a printout of the measurements and gave me a quick run down of what was adjusted and condition of suspension. He even test drove the car and made further adjustments to align the steering wheel better. The even better part was their awesome price which was half of what Pacific Honda was going to charge me and I would not have had same day appointment and would have waited for at least half-a-day. This will be my go to repair shop from now on.
