Selling unsafe trailers
I wouldn’t trust anything that rolls out of this RV center! My girlfriend recently purchased and towed a small trailer from here and put her trust in this company to verify it’s safety of her and others on the highway the trailer was not even attached to the frame and could have fallen off. It is sickening that this would be acceptable to let out on the road and to take advantage of a young women is absolutely appalling. You guys should be ashamed that this is your work ethic and integrity.

Rip Off
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!
My Minnie wouldn't start. I determined on my own that it was a no fuel issue and told the scheduler this when I called for mobile service. The scheduler told me there is a minimum $90.00 charge for the service call which includes the first hour labor. After they cancelled twice and rescheduled (I should have realized at this point they were unqualified), 2 weeks from the original date they showed up late for the appointment. 20 minutes into the diagnosis the mechanic left saying he had to get some additional tools. 45 minutes later he returned and completed the diagnosis in 10 minutes. He said he thought the fuel pump was bad and said the rv needed to fixed at their shop. I asked for the name of the tow service they used and called them. The tow service said they didn't have a truck available that day and I should call back in 2 days. The next day RV Supercenter called and wanted me to settle the bill. The total was $240.00. When I questioned the amount I was told the service call, the diagnosis and materials combined for the total.
What a rip-off! I paid the bill but got nothing in return. I already new it was a fuel issue, the rv was still not running and I was out $240.00 bucks.

Extraordinary and exemplary service
After a horrendous experience with a windshield replacement repair technician we took our 44’ motorhome to the Supercenter to have the windshield replaced and the extreme damages the former installed did to the fiberglass around the edges. Anna Marie Bolzano, the service manager and Taylor, her assistant, were extremely cooperative, responsive, knowledgeable, and responsible taking immediate charge of this debacle. They worked directly with Guardian who had recommended the first glass installer to ameliorate this situation, ordered a new windshield, repaired all the fiberglass damage and even kept our rig, at no cost to us, while we flew back to NY for the holidays for six weeks. Anna Marie, herself, kept us informed as to the progress, sent pictures, facilitated all details with Guardian Glass and even had our rig washed and sparkling clean when we arrived back in Arizona on December 29, 2017. What an exemplary example this center sets for ALL RV owners and any agent, such as Guardian Glass, to go to for all kinds of service. Thank you RV Supercenter of Mesa!

All Around Service
This place went WAY out of their way to help us. They made it easy for us to bring our rig in after hours and did their best to do all repairs in a respectable amount of time.
