A month ago I came to the shop for routine brake service. It was completed in a timely manner
However last week I reported a brake issue to them and mentioned the brakes were just replaced. The bolts from the caliper had come loose. This had also caused damage to my wheel. I was told that it was a caliper issue and would not be covered by warranty. In addition the main mechanic was not available and would not be in until after the holiday weekend.
After spending hundreds of dollars on a rental car, I had another mechanic fix the loose caliper
When I first went to the shop last week, I had hoped for a better outcome, however left disappointed
