Always a pleasure
Had a wheel bearing going out and they were able to schedule me in within 3 days. They confirmed it was the wheel bearing and replaced it. Paid in cash and got a nice discount for it.

Meh...
Very quick service, and done correctly. My only complaint is the labor they charged me over $220 in labor for an o2 sensor and change 6 sparkplugs? I won't be going back, or recommending them.

Very Satisfied Customer
Arcand's is a trustworthy mechanic. As a single woman, cars can be intimidating. However, I always feel like Arcand's explains things very well, and have my best interest at heart. They provide great service in a timely manner and never over charge or try to upsell. Once, I went in for brakes and they told me, "Not yet. Come back in a little bit, we don't want you to replace something that doesn't need to be replaced yet." I really appreciate how forthright they are!

Excellent as always!
Went there today to get some work done. Unfortunately, at no fault of Arcand’s, the work wasn’t able to be done today. Good ol’ Michigan winters and the salt had taken its toll and the parts were too rusty to take a chance on creating more damage. The silver lining to this is that Dave didn’t try to force the issue and break something. He immediately came and talked to us. Great communication and honesty which is what I always experience there. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be for as long as Alan, Dave and Betsy run it like they do right now. A++++

Very attentive and friendly, great job!! My vehicle sounds amazing!!
I didn't have a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle so instead of having to take a cab home they brought me home and picked me up when they were done working on my truck! Thank you so much for your service and your kindness!

Everything you would hope for in a repair shop
This is the only place I have work done on my vehicle. They’re professional and honest which is a rare find in most of today’s repair shops. They even go above and beyond by picking up and dropping off my vehicle while I’m at work which is a huge help for me. I love the veteran discount and I’m happy to support another veteran’s business. If you want your vehicle to be fixed properly the first time at a very reasonable price bring it to Allen and his crew, they’ll treat you right.

Great communication.
Brought my car in for an oil change. Alan found a couple of non emergent issues that have to be addressed, none the less in the future. This business has the most qualified, honest owner and employees. I've been going to Arcands for years. Always pleased with their work.
