Worst experience every just to do a test drive
I arrive at this auto repair shop today 2/29/20 to look at and test drive a 2009 town and country van. Drove it from the location to get on the free way west wellow exit up to bellville back to huron up second and down michigan ave back to the location on ecorse the hole dash lite up like a Christmas tree i notofied the sale guy then he started to claim i did something to the vehicle took something off and thats why it did that stood behine my personal vehicle and refused to let me leave calling the cops i also called the cops because he was holding me hostages the police came and said that they jave to evaluate and investigate the situation they also told him becausr he a machine to she what he comes up with amd contactvthem necause it could have been something that already happen my thing is that im currently drive a jeep Patriot and look for a car like the one i test drove with this place so i dont have no reason to have nothing removed and plus im a female i no nothing about a car you can yell that by looking at me this place is a joke and i will never look for another vehicle in Washtenaw County ever in life i mever experience nothing this crazy in my life never again

THE WORSE BUSINESS MAN EVER!
THE WORST BUSINESS MAN EVER!!!! He will cheat and lie to you. He took advantage of our business when we were down for 2 weeks. He is intimated by women. He has been lying and going around telling people that we know that we did not pay him for a service that he said he will provide for FREE because of our situation! He forced one of us to write him a check for $250 because that person was alone. He CASHED that check 2 days later (online statement proves that). NOW he tells people that he was NEVER paid. THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TRUST WITH THEIR MONEY AND CARS!

Don't waste your money here
This guy sold me a car for $1500, after 2 months, I went to change my tires to a different place and magic, everything was wrong with the car, he estimated the fixes in $900, and charged me over $1600 to get it fixed, not on time, not on budget and not correct, no more visits!
PS./ The last visit he estimated my fix in additional $100, once done, I gave him my card and charged $400, giving them 1 star because 0 is not available
Erik said the business did a good job. It was a little expensive, but that was not a big deal.
