Warning Lights After Repair & No Follow-Up Support
I brought my Evo X in for a diagnosis and AYC pump repair. During the original diagnosis, the ASC/traction control warning lights were NOT on, and the shop confirmed the issue was only the AYC pump. Before the repair, these warning lights never appeared.
After the repair was completed, they called me to pick up the car. On my drive home, new ASC/traction control warning lights suddenly came on. I immediately called the shop, and they told me to come back, but by then they were already closed. I also noticed most of my gasoline had been used during the repair/test drive, forcing me to stop for gas on the way home.
I returned the very next morning because these warning lights appeared immediately after the repair. Instead of checking their recent work or at least inspecting the vehicle, I was told I would need to pay for another diagnosis. I explained multiple times that these lights were not present before the repair and only appeared afterward, but they still refused to recheck it without charging again.
Very disappointing experience. I understand diagnostics take time, but when a new issue appears directly after a major repair, customers expect some level of accountability and follow-up support.
