Fast, efficient and knowledgeable
Everywhere else required me to drop my car off for inspection. Apex told me to bring it by and had it in and out in under an hour. Thoroughly went through what it needed. Great shop with great mechanics

Great Communication
Had a coolant leak on my truck and brought it to Apex Automotive to have it diagnosed. They quickly found the issue and gave me an estimate and time it would take to complete the fix. Chris answered any questions I had about the repair. Problem is now fixed and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back for routine maintenance. Great place!

Not happy with the surprise charge
Had both front tires and a "new" (used rim) replaced. Total was $872 with a credit card surcharge that put it over $900. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges I was told "two new tires ($227 total) + a used rim + test drive. What I did not realize until I got home and read the receipt, was that I was charged $142 for a total vehicle inspection that was not relevant to the reason I brought it in was not requested and was not disclosed when I asked for a description of the charges. Very unimpressed.

I looked back at my notes and from what I see the appointment referenced was originally scheduled for a diagnostic, as there was a current vibration issue. Being able to schedule appointments is a time saver
Did you know that Apex does Virginia State Inspections? Being able to schedule appointments for inspections and/or small maintenance tasks is a big time and stress saver for me. No more dropping off the car or waiting for hours for a 30 minute task. I appreciate doing business with an organization that recognizes the value of my time!

Great but slow
Just needed 2 tires and alignment and had an appointment. Not sure why it took 3 hours to complete. The report on all the other stuff that was apparently inspected during this 3 hours was nice but unnecessary. Sometimes you just want the tires installed.
